Reservation
and Payment Policy
Reservations must be made
at least 2 weeks in advance
notice for all spa parties.
Reservations can be made
by calling 920.739.1235
or online @ www.sunflowerspa.net.
There is a three-person
minimum for spa parties.
We require a credit card
at the time of booking
a spa party in order to
reserve the appointment.
Payment in full is required
the day of service.
We will charge you the
full amount of the total
services even if there
is not everyone was present.
For example if you scheduled
a spa party for six people
and only five showed up,
we would charge you for
the total amount for the
6 people.
Our spa technicians may
accept a gratuity (tip).
We accept Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, American Express,
Check and Cash.
Limited to 10 people per
party at the spa.
Cancellation
Policy
Spa
parties cannot be canceled
unless there is an emergency.
In the result of an emergency,
we will charge your credit
card 20% of the total
charges
Pricing
If you are having the
party @ the Sunflower
Spa, our prices remain
the same as our menu prices,
unless otherwise worked
out between the host and
the Sunflower Spa. If
you are combining services
together that are not
on our menu as a package,
pricing will be worked
out between the host and
the Sunflower Spa.
