After you have inquired about a spa party and talked with Traci (SPC) she will ask you to fill out this form. Please fill out the form below completely. This will be automatically emailed to your Spa Party Coordinator

Time Notice

Special time and care is put into every event we do. We are not an “on demand” service and don’t usually deliver services with less than 2 week notice. We work best with a 4-6 week notice for most events, but always feel free to contact us to see if we can accommodate you in a shorter time period.

Deposit

50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to book your spa party.

The deposit is based off of the grand total for the spa party.

Note,that is some cases (such as booking with less than 4 weeks notice or for special party) full payment may be expected at contract signing. Your SPC will inform you during your event inquiry which method will apply.

Guarantee Date

Your SPC will contact you 15 days prior to the date of your scheduled party to confirm the number of people attending the party. We will confirm this number with a credit card.

If the number in your party changes after the 15 days prior to the date of your scheduled party, you are responsible for the total balance due the date of the party.

Cancellations

Since the Sunflower Spa takes special time and care into your spa party we

do not under any circumstances refund the spa party deposit.
