The Sunflower Spa can process your gift certificate with any major credit card over the phone. The gift certificate can be sent via mail, email or picked up at the Sunflower Spa.

Once you click on this link it will ask for your login and password. If you are a new customer please register. Click at the top on the Gift Certificate button, and follow instructions. You can send out the gift certificate via mail, email or pick-up. Please fill out all information completely. Please state any important information in notes. You will have to pay for this via PayPal.
