Sunflower Spa Cancellation Policy
To ensure our clients do not miss their relaxation time the Sunflower Spa reminds our clients of their appointments by phone call two days prior and email 24 hours prior to appointment.
To avoid any charges the Sunflowers ask that you please call the spa within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us. This allows us to fill that time that you could not make and ensure other clients can book with us which in return retains the therapists our clients love.
